fl444 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

To register and use fl444 you must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are located in Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of an fl444 employee or associated business partner.

fl444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity (KYC documents) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on fl444. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fl444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address and valid phone number during registration.
• You must notify fl444 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• fl444 reserves the right to refuse registration, close an account or void any transaction at its sole discretion.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person access to your account — is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

fl444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon successful verification by the payment processor. fl444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity.

fl444 employs fraud detection technology and cooperates with payment processors and law enforcement agencies to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Any funds found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided and any associated accounts closed permanently.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fl444 excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. fl444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if fl444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall fl444's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fl444 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fl444 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
